Our home is East Africa, and that is where we promise our best work: Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania, with Zanzibar on the coast. We know the lodges, guides, roads and rangers personally. But Africa is larger than our core map, and some travellers dream of the Okavango Delta, Etosha, Victoria Falls or the dunes of Sossusvlei. This page explains how we approach the wider continent honestly.
Live today: East Africa
Safaris in Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania are fully bookable, with a team in Kampala who plan and run every trip. This is where our guides, partners and local knowledge are deepest, and it is where we recommend you start.
On the horizon: southern Africa
Namibia, Botswana and Zimbabwe are on our roadmap. They are extraordinary destinations: the water-world of the Okavango Delta, the elephants of Chobe, the pans of Etosha, the red dunes of Sossusvlei and the thunder of Victoria Falls. We are building relationships there carefully, and we will only offer routes when we can deliver them to the standard our guests expect. Until then, we will share what we learn in our Travel Guide and help you think through how a southern Africa trip could pair with East Africa.
Why we say no sometimes
A safari is only as good as the people behind it. We would rather decline a route than promise one we cannot stand behind. When a trip falls outside our core countries, we say so and, where we can, point you to the right way forward. That honesty is part of the premium service we offer.
Combining East Africa with the wider continent
Many travellers ask whether they can pair gorillas in Uganda with Victoria Falls, or the Serengeti with the Okavango. It is possible, and we can plan the East African half in detail while you arrange the rest, or plan the whole journey once our southern routes are live. Start with our multi-country safaris to see how combinations work.
