“My trip was nothing less than magical. As a lover of history, this trip was so fulfilling. It did include a lot of adventure, with the adrenaline of seeing Silver back gorillas, as well was his 3 wives and 16 children. A baby gorilla picked at my hair, and as small as he was, the power he had was a lot. That definitely put into perspective the power that these grown gorillas in front of us yielded. Most of all, was visiting the Uganda Kingdom. The history that Uganda shares is beyond interesting. It is Mesmerising. We had the brilliant opportunity to also visit the Batwa tribe; they are the only tribe indigenous to the Bwindi forest. Learning about their culture and history with all their tribulations was insightful, to say the least. I loved this trip.”

Are these reviews genuine?

Yes. Every review on this page is submitted directly by a guest after their own safari with us, through a private link only they receive. None are written by Offmap Safaris, and each is checked before it’s published.

Are your testimonials genuine?

Yes. We publish only real reviews from guests who travelled with Offmap, and we never write or edit them on a guest’s behalf. If you want to speak with a past guest before booking, ask us and we will arrange an introduction where the guest is willing.

Can I see sample itineraries before booking?

Yes. Browse our safari pages for example routes, or tell us your dates and interests and we will send a sample itinerary with a clear price in US dollars. There is no obligation, and everything is confirmed in writing before you commit.

Do you have reviews on other platforms?

We link to independent review profiles on our site where they are available, so you can read guest feedback beyond our own pages. Reviews of all kinds are welcome, and we respond to every one with care.

How can I share my own review?

How do you collect reviews from clients?

After a safari is complete, we send a short invitation by email with a private link where the guest can write their own review, rate their experience, and optionally add a photo. A gentle follow-up goes out about a week later if we have not heard back.

How do you handle complaints or problems on a trip?

Our team is reachable by WhatsApp throughout your safari, so a problem can be solved on the spot rather than after you return. If something falls short, we listen, put it right where we can and learn from it.
