Offmap Safaris was built on Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania — and that network is the foundation for a bigger idea: safaris that don’t stop at a single country’s border. A trip that begins tracking gorillas in Rwanda’s misted volcanoes and ends among Namibia’s red dunes or Botswana’s Okavango Delta channels is a genuinely different kind of journey than any single-country itinerary, and it’s the direction we’re building toward.
What’s bookable today
Right now, real, plannable multi-country routes exist across our four core destinations — Kenya paired with Rwanda’s gorillas, Uganda combined with Tanzania’s plains, a Kigali-to-Nairobi itinerary crossing three ecosystems in one trip. These aren’t aspirational; they’re built from the same safaris, tourist sites and experiences already live across the site, simply sequenced across a border rather than confined within one.
Where we’re headed
The wider vision — a corridor from East Africa’s gorilla forests and savannahs down through Southern Africa’s deserts and deltas — is a genuine direction for Offmap Safaris, not marketing language. Getting there means building the same depth of destination knowledge, ground relationships and itinerary craft in Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe and beyond that already exists for Uganda, Rwanda, Kenya and Tanzania. That work is underway.
